After soaring high against Gateway Tech last week, Icarus fell to the ground on Thursday. Jennings fell to Clayton 26-34. If Jennings were hoping to take revenge for the 6-21 loss against Clayton the last time the teams met, then they were left disappointed.
The defeat dropped Jennings' record to 2-1. The win bumped Clayton's record up to 3-0.
Next week Jennings take on McCluer South-Berkeley at 1:00 PM. Clayton will be staying on the road, facing off against Normandy.
