Alexander hasn't lost a match since August 16th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 6-1 margin over the Belpre Golden Eagles. The result was nothing new for Alexander, who have now won five matches by three goals or more so far this season.

Alexander's victory bumped their record up to 8-1-1. As for Belpre, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-4.

Looking ahead, Alexander will be playing at home against Unioto at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday. Alexander will need to watch out since Unioto have now posted at least four goals in their last three contests. As for Belpre, they will head out on the road to square off against Ohio Valley Christian at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Ohio Valley Christian's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Belpre's offense will have their work cut out for them.
