High school football: Tennessee quarterback Andre Adams headlines this week's Stat Freaks after tallying 714 yards, six TDs

High school football produced some ridiculous stat lines over the weekend.

Junior quarterback Andre Adams of Antioch (Tenn.) is at the top of the list after racking up 714 total yards and six touchdowns in a 54-40 win over Centennial (Franklin). Adams completed 19 of 27 pass attempts for 507 yards and four TDs while running 18 times for 207 yards and two scores on the ground.

According to the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association record books, Adams broke the single-game total yardage record by one yard. He eclipsed the previous mark held by Connor York of Upperman (Baxter), who had 337 passing yards and 376 rushing yards in 2013.

Adams is regarded as one of the top junior quarterbacks in the country. He has offers from 20 programs, including Arkansas, Colorado, Mississippi State, Tennessee and Vanderbilt.
