The Emmanuel Christian Crusaders were the 46-43 winner over the Northside Christian School Eagles when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. Emmanuel Christian was outmatched by Northside Christian School on the road and fell 69-23. Emmanuel Christian was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-10.
Northside Christian School can attribute much of their success to Jeremiah Wilson, who scored 26 points. That makes it two consecutive games in which Wilson has scored at least 25% of Northside Christian School's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Padgett, who scored 12 points.
Emmanuel Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Northside Christian School, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Emmanuel Christian will take on King's Academy at 7:30 p.m. on December 11th. As for Northside Christian School, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Calvary Christian at 5:00 p.m. on December 5th.
