Palm Grove Christian's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They blew past The Classical Academy of Sarasota Patriots 58-35. The Gators have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 23 points or more this season.

Palm Grove Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jeremiah Pitts led the charge by going 7 of 12 on his way to 15 points and seven steals. Pitts has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Gabe Troyer was another key player, going 5 for 12 en route to 11 points along with five boards and four steals.

Palm Grove Christian moved to 7-8 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for The Classical Academy of Sarasota, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.
