St. Mary's always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .615. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Coronado only posted an OBP of .083.
St. Mary's pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.6 runs over those games. As for Sahuaro, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
