Eastmark came tearing into  Tuesday's  matchup with four straight wins  (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the ALA - Gilbert North Eagles 19-3. The Firebirds might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by seven  runs or more this season.
 Jillian Wade was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only two  hits over four innings pitched. She has been consistent : she hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in five consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-4. The dominant performance also gave  her a new career-high in  RBI (three).
 In other batting news,  Bella Gomez and  Ella Larned did most of the damage at the plate:  Gomez  scored four  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-3, while  Larned  went 2-for-3 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  triple. That's the most  RBI  Larned has posted since back in March of 2024.  Jasmine Boling also deserves some recognition as  she  hit her first  triple of the season.
 Eastmark was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .483. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a  batting average of .304 or higher in eight consecutive  games.
Eastmark's victory was  their seventh straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 13-6. The  home  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 11.1 runs over those games. As for ALA - Gilbert North,  they are  on  a  27-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.
Eastmark will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Eagles: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 3:45  p.m.  on Thursday.
