After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Randolph School, St. John Paul II was happy to have turned things around  on Thursday. They came out on top against the New Hope Indians by a score of  35-27. For the Falcons, this counts as revenge for the   62-38 win the Indians walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in October of 2024.
 Despite the loss, New Hope still got an impressive performance from   Gavin Rundlett, who rushed for 132 yards and two  scores while picking up 7.3 yards per carry, and also picked up 69 receiving yards and one  TD.  Lucas Terry also helped out by tossing the rock for 263 yards.
St. John Paul II's  victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 2-4. As for New Hope,  they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-4.
