Curie dropped their record down to 10-3 on Thursday, which also ended the team's nine-game streak of wins. They came up short against  the Lindblom Eagles, falling  16-10. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  24-7  back in April.
As for Lindblom, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record  this season. Considering they have won eight contests by more than five  runs this season, Thursday's  blowout was nothing new.
 For Lindblom's part,  Simone Bishop was  incredible,  going a perfect 4-for-4 with three  stolen bases, three  runs,  and two  doubles. That's the most  doubles  Bishop has posted since back in April.  Ky'Mora Bell was another key player,  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances with three  stolen bases and two  runs.
 Curie does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lindblom, they will face off against Simeon at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
