After flying high against North Texas C  last Tuesday, Bishop Dunne came back down to earth. Bishop Dunne took  a  6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the McKinney Christian Academy Mustangs on Thursday. The Falcons were not able to make up for their  defeat to the Mustangs from their previous meeting  back in April of 2021.
 Bishop Dunne saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Bryce Mills, who  went 2-for-4 with one  RBI.  Tyler Mollet also deserves some recognition as  he  snagged his first  stolen base of the season.
Bishop Dunne dropped their record down to 6-12-1 with the  loss, which was their fourth straight  at home. As for McKinney Christian Academy, the  victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 16-3.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bishop Dunne will face off against Regents at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for McKinney Christian Academy, they will square off against Fort Worth Country Day at 6:30  p.m.  on April 4.
