Trezevant waltzed into their game on Wednesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They blew past the Sheffield Knights 12-4. Considering the Bears have won seven contests by more than seven runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Devin Parker, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three stolen bases, and five RBI. Those two hits gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Rickey Wright, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one double.

Trezevant always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .842. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .556 or higher in nine consecutive matchups.

Trezevant's victory bumped their record up to 9-6-1. As for Sheffield, they dropped their record down to 2-9-1 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Trezevant will square off against Bolton at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bears are facing the Wildcats at the right time seeing as the Wildcats are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Sheffield, they will challenge Overton at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Knights' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Wolverines have averaged an impressive 9.7 runs per game this season.
