When it comes to explaining why Cypress Creek lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jonathan Solide. Despite the final result, he scored 13 points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Solide has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Kason Beezer, who scored 14 points.
Cypress Creek's loss dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Master's Academy, their win bumped their record up to 12-9.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cypress Creek will challenge Windermere Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Windermere Prep will be looking to keep their ten-game home win streak alive. As for Master's Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge Lake Nona at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lake Nona is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.
