Melissa's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Lone Star, they pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Melissa wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Randall on the 21st. As for Lone Star, they will square off against Heritage at 10:15 a.m. on Friday.
