Pomeroy came out on top against Touchet on Wednesday thanks in part to Cesar Morphin's efforts. Morphin was dynamite, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one double. He is becoming a predictor of Pomeroy's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 6-1 (and 2-6 when he doesn't).
