It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Boylan Catholic can now relate to. They took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Central Rockets on Saturday. The Titans' loss signaled the end of their 13-game winning streak.

Boylan Catholic saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Charlie Maier, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and two RBI. That triple marked the first that Maier has hit this season.

Boylan Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 21-15-1. As for Central, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-16.
