Last Friday, Gary was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 32-31 to Shelbyville.
Meanwhile, Garrison came up short against Joaquin on Tuesday and fell 50-37. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Garrison in their matchups with Joaquin: they've now lost nine in a row.
Gary has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-17 record this season. As for Garrison, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-14.
