Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday Chloe Zavala stepped things up a notch to give Greenfield the 'W'. Zavala kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out ten over four innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts any time she's pitched this season.
