Oak Glen found their leader in underclassman A J Ramgeet, who scored 22 points. The game was Ramgeet's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Gavin Geisse, who scored 14 points.
Oak Glen's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Covenant Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
