They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Isle of Wight Academy 80-47 at home. The match was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Williamsburg Christian Academy had established a 22 point advantage.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Williamsburg Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Legend Bunch, who scored 27 points. Bunch hasn't dropped below 15 points for nine straight games. Another player making a difference was Nathan Watson, who scored 17 points.
Williamsburg Christian Academy's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-14. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.0 points per game. As for Isle of Wight Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-11.
Williamsburg Christian Academy will be playing at home against the Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The Carmel School presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Eagles in Virginia (the Wildcats are ranked 138th, while the Eagles are ranked 320th). As for Isle of Wight Academy, they will head out on the road to take on the Cavaliers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. StoneBridge is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
