Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chapman). They blew past the Union County Yellowjackets 17-2 on Friday. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Yellowjackets recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Chapman's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-7. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Union County, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chapman will head out to face off against Broome at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Union County, they will venture away from home to take on Woodruff at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
