There's no place like home for McKinley, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They blew past the Northeast Vikings 19-7 on Wednesday. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Vikings last Saturday, they had to take a 11-8 loss.

McKinley has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-8 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.3 runs over those games. Northeast's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McKinley will venture away from home to take on Madison Prep Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Northeast, they will challenge Slaughter Community Charter at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
