Hamilton Heights had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They came out on top against the Rensselaer Central Bombers by a score of 2-0. The Huskies haven't had any issues with the Bombers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Macie Smith paced Hamilton Heights' offense, picking up nine kills. Smith got some help from Sierra Bramel and her 22 assists. Aubrey Cloncs controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Coincidentally, Hamilton Heights and Rensselaer Central will both be playing Frankfort the next time they take the court. The Bombers will head out to face the Hot Dogs at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Huskies will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
