Leggett's loss came despite strong showings from Tamera Henderson and Bianca Perkins. Henderson dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten steals, while Perkins scored 25 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. Perkins scored a full 47.2% of Leggett's points, the 12th time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Madyson Burr, who scored two points along with eight rebounds.
Hull-Daisetta's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Leggett, they bumped their record down to 4-15 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home.
