The El Rancho Dons 's's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Environmental Charter White Tigers at 3:00 p.m. on December 7th. Hopefully El Rancho focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 on Tuesday.
Last Tuesday, El Rancho came up short against Salesian and fell 45-36.
Despite their defeat, El Rancho saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Justin Perez, who scored 8 points, was perhaps the best of all. Another player making a difference was Adam Rivas, who scored 4 points along with 11 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Environmental Charter's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They were dealt a 70-32 defeat at the hands of South. While losing is never fun, Environmental Charter can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 673rd, while South is ranked 131st).
The losses dropped El Rancho to 1-7 and Salesian to 3-5.
