The Somerset Academy South Homestead Hurricanes will challenge the Gulliver Prep Raiders at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Somerset Academy South Homestead's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last six games.
While Somerset Academy South Homestead's victory against Archbishop Carroll wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Hurricanes won by a run and slipped past the Bulldogs 12-11.

Hodges was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3. Wednesday's match might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Somerset Academy South Homestead has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .582. However, it's not like Gulliver Prep struggles in that department as they've averaged .527. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Somerset Academy South Homestead beat Gulliver Prep 14-11 in their previous meeting back in February. Do the Hurricanes have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Raiders turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
