With a playoff game on the line, the East Lee County Jaguars rose to the challenge on Monday. They blew past the Raiders 68-48. East Lee County's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Several Raiders players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Delana Osnac, who scored 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Erica Milone, who scored 12 points.
East Lee County's win bumped their record up to 5-13. As for Riverdale, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-18.
East Lee County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 70-46 defeat vs. Palmetto Ridge on the 7th. Riverdale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
