The Goliad Tigers's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Louise Hornets at 8:30 a.m. on November 30th.
Last Tuesday, Goliad was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 50-49 to Refugio.
Meanwhile, Louise entered their tilt with Rice Consolidated with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Louise walked away with a 33-23 victory over Rice Consolidated last Tuesday.
Kirsten Ochoa was the offensive standout of the contest as she scored 14 points. The game was her third in a row with at least ten points. Hannah Ochoa was another key contributor, scoring 5 points along with 6 assists and 5 rebounds.
Goliad bumped their record down to 0-5 with that loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 28.6 points per game. As for Louise, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.
