That result was just more of the same for these two, as Bourgade Catholic also won the last time the pair played on January 5th.
Bourgade Catholic's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Vanessa Arismendez, who dropped a double-double on 31 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Arismendez has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Juliet Botiller, who almost dropped a triple-double on 22 points, ten rebounds, and nine assists.
Bourgade Catholic has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-11 record this season. As for Chino Valley, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.
