Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy fell 61-50 to Vassar. Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy has struggled against Vassar recently, as their contest on Friday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Vassar got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Madix Gorleski out in front who scored 20 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Gorleski has scored all season. Bryce Brown was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds.
Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Vassar, their win ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-10.
Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy will take on Caseville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Vassar, they will head out on the road to face off against Reese at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
