The team relied heavily on Tianna Hill, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Moriah Keith, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.
Meanwhile, everything went Pensacola Catholic's way against Destin on Monday as Pensacola Catholic made off with an 11-2 win. The victory was just what Pensacola Catholic needed coming off of a 21-6 defeat in their prior contest.
Isabelle Little-anoai made a big impact no matter where she played. She pitched seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits (she also didn't allow any walks). Little-anoai was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 3-for-4.
In other batting news, Pensacola Catholic let Morgan Smith and Adysion Adams loose on the outfield. Smith scored three runs and stole four bases while going 1-for-4, while Adams went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and a triple. Adams is on a roll when it comes to triples, as she's now hit at least one in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Taylor Robision, who scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
The win got Crestview back to even at 7-7. As for Pensacola Catholic, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-7.
