The Windsor Forest Knights can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They really took it to Pierce County for the full four quarters, racking up a 74-35 win at home. Windsor Forest pushed the score to 60-30 by the end of the third, a deficit Pierce County had little chance of recovering from.
Windsor Forest got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Landon Page out in front who scored 15 points. Page hasn't dropped below 15 points for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Ryheim Manning, who scored 15 points.
The win got Windsor Forest back to even at 9-9. As for Pierce County, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.
Windsor Forest will be playing at home against Vidalia at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pierce County, they will head out on the road to take on Hilliard at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hilliard presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Pierce County in their respective states (Hilliard is ranked 115th in Florida, while Pierce County is ranked 469th in Georgia).
