After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Millard South, Omaha North was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They never let the Buena Vista Bison get on the board and left with a 14-0 win. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by nine runs or more this season.

Colin Kinman made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over four innings pitched. Kinman was also big at the plate, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases and two runs. He is becoming a predictor of Omaha North's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 6-7 when he doesn't).

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Max Bolouvi, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, one double, and one RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April of 2024. Jacob Markham was another key player, going 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

Omaha North's record is now 10-7. As for Buena Vista, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.

Omaha North has already played their next game (against Gross Catholic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Buena Vista, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 22-2 defeat against Lincoln Northeast on the 25th.
