Clio let Samantha Rinks and Kelcy Sperling run wild. Rinks went 3-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI, while Sperling went 3-for-4 with two runs and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Payton Malin, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with three runs.
Clio always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .516. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
The win got Clio back to even at 3-3. As for Goodrich, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 5-1.
