Cotter is 4-2 when  Tilton posts two or  more  runs, but 5-6 otherwise.  Brayden Adams was another key player,  going 2-for-3 with two  runs and one  double.
 Izard County's win bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Cotter, their loss dropped their record down to 9-8.
 Izard County came out on top in a nail-biter against Cotter in their previous matchup  back in March, sneaking past  9-7. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
