The Fletcher Senators were the 56-53 winner over the Bishop Snyder Cardinals when they last played one another back in January of 2017, but their luck changed this time around. Fletcher took a hard 40-22 fall against Bishop Snyder on Wednesday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Fletcher has scored all season.
Fletcher lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Ryder Kay, who scored five points. Matthew Barata was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Fletcher's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Bishop Snyder, their win bumped their record up to 3-8.
Fletcher won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Bartram Trail at 7:30 p.m. on December 21st. Hopefully Bartram Trail focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Tuesday. Bishop Snyder and Mt. Lebanon will round out the year against one another at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday at.
