Monsignor Pace (Miami, Fla.), as the unit scored 12 in defeating
Monsignor Pace (Miami, Fla.), 38-14.
The Celtics were up 10-0 at the half after taking the lead on a touchdown run by
Joe Sandstrom in the first quarter.
Each side put up seven points during the third quarter, and the fourth quarter began with the margin still at 10.
A 21-point fourth quarter was enough to cement the win for Trinity Catholic, as it pushed the final margin of victory to 24.
Juan Vargas played well for TC in the victory. The junior kicked one field goal and four extra points.
Coming into the game the Ocala school had allowed 23.8 points per game this year.
Trinity Catholic (4-2) will play a non-conference game against Vanguard next week, while Monsignor Pace (2-3) will take on Treasure Coast also in a non-conference game.
