Several Miners players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Nasier Berrien, who posted 17 points. That's the most points Berrien has posted since back in January of 2024. Mekhi Berrien was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Fort Meade wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 69-49 victory against Mulberry on the 16th. As for Lakeland Christian, they will take on Tenoroc at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
