The Kennedale Wildcats will head out on the road to square off against the Godley Wildcats at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Kennedale comes in on four and Godley on six.

In what's become a running theme this season, Godley gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They blew past Hillsboro, posting a 42-12 win on the road. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Godley has posted against Hillsboro since December 15, 2020.
Kennedale has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-15 record this season. As for Godley, they pushed their record up to 21-8 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.
Kennedale suffered a grim 65-39 defeat to Godley in their previous meeting on January 2nd. Can Kennedale avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
