A Season-Best Effort from Tristan Parks Leads Hampton over Woodland
Hampton was led to victory by Tristan Parks, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Thursday. Parks threw for 380 yards and five touchdowns while completing 74.2% of his passes.
The victory was the fifth in a row for Hampton, bringing their record for this year to 6-2. Parks and Hampton will challenge Ola at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Cayden Hutson Sets Career High in Rushing Yards
On Thursday, Ola got the W thanks in part to Cayden Hutson playing the best football he has all season. Hutson rushed for 130 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an impressive 52 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
Ola pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Hutson and Ola will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Hampton at 7:30 p.m.

Caden Worley produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Ola to the win on Thursday. Worley threw for 176 yards and a touchdown on only 16 passes, and also rushed for 55 yards on only six carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
On the year, Worley has thrown 4 touchdowns while averaging 99.4 passing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 8.13 passing yards per game.

Mark Howard Delivers Electric Performance Vs Hampton
Rounding off our Top Five is Mark Howard of Woodland. Howard rushed for 152 yards and a touchdown. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 54 yards.
Woodland dropped their record down to 1-7 with the loss, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. Howard and Woodland will head out on the road to square off against McDonough at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
