Volleyball Recap: Rigby Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Rigby, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Canyon Ridge Riverhawks on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Riverhawks: they've now won four in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-12, 25-18.

Brinley Bybee paced Rigby's offense, picking up 11 kills. Bybee got some help from Madison Jensen and her 17 assists. Lily Stewart controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Rigby's victory bumped their record up to 20-4. As for Canyon Ridge, they are on a 32-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-16.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rigby will square off against Hillcrest at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Canyon Ridge, they will take on Madison at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
