Otis is 9-1 against Prairie since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will be playing at home against the Mustangs at 1:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Tuesday.
Otis is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 23-12 margin over Peetz on Friday. That's two games straight that Otis has won by exactly 11 runs.

Gavin Price was a standout: he went a perfect 5-for-5 with four runs, four RBI, and two doubles. Those five hits gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Mitchell Stivers, who went 4-for-5 with four runs, two stolen bases, and four RBI.
Otis always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .711. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive games.
The home team had won the previous five meetings between Prairie and Weldon Valley, and Prairie kept the tradition alive. The Mustangs put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 17-1 win on Friday. That 16-run margin sets a new team best for the Mustangs this season.
Riar Holloway was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Another player making a difference was Hunter Johnson, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs.
Prairie pushed their record up to 3-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.2 runs on average over those games. As for Otis, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.
Tuesday's matchup might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Otis has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .580. However, it's not like Prairie struggles in that department as they've averaged .551. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Everything went Otis' way against Prairie in their previous meeting back in April of 2025, as Otis made off with a 12-0 win. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Mustangs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
