Laneville strolled past the Mustangs with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 63-47. Laneville pushed the score to 55-26 by the end of the third, a deficit the Mustangs cut but never quite recovered from.
Laneville got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jordan Ross out in front who scored 24 points along with five rebounds and two blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Matthew Johnson, who scored 17 points along with three steals.
Laneville is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 16 games, which provided a massive bump to their 20-12 record this season. As for Slocum, they dropped their record down to 9-19 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.
