Green rushed for 110 yards and one score while Buckner rushed for 81 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only six carries. South Pittsburg was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 229 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lookout Valley only rushed for 76.
