Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Southeast Career Tech). They blew past the Cheyenne Desert Shields 20-1 on Monday. Considering the Roadrunners have won eight matches by more than seven runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

In other batting news, Southeast Career Tech got a massive performance out of Nathan Johnson, who scored four runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. That's the most runs Johnson has posted since back in April of 2024. Southeast Career Tech always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .659. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Cheyenne only posted an OBP of .211.
