Potomac School had already won 11 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.1 runs) and they went ahead and made it 12 on Thursday. They walked away with a 6-2 victory over Holton-Arms. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 5-1 last Tuesday.
Catherine Stallmer made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits.
