Sheldon had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They blew past Sibley-Ocheyedan 39-6. That result is just more of the same for Sheldon, who also won the last time these teams played. This was the first game for both teams, giving Sheldon a 1-0 record and starting Sibley-Ocheyedan off at 0-1.
Next week, Sheldon take on South O'Brien at 7:00 PM. As for Sibley-Ocheyedan, they will face of against Okoboji. Neither Sibley-Ocheyedan nor Okoboji could muster much offensive firepower in their last games, so look to the defense to decide this one.
