Make it seven blowout wins for the Kingston Cardinals this season. They blew past Carsonville-Port Sanilac, posting a 63-29 win at home. Winning may never get old, but Kingston sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
Kingston had a senior duo take command as Kaden Bruce dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds and Owen Corlis scored 20 points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Bruce has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Peyton Harrington, who scored five points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Kingston's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-5. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.8 points per game. As for Carsonville-Port Sanilac, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-11.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kingston will square off against the Bearcats at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Carsonville-Port Sanilac, they will head out on the road to face off against the Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Mayville and the Tigers are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads.
