Miller Career Academy extended the longest winning streak in Public High this week by beating Northwest Academy of Law, 49-14. The victory was the 10th in a row for the team.
Roosevelt took down Thomas Academy 43-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Carnahan takes on Northwest Academy of Law. As it stands, Carnahan is in fifth, while Terrance Dominick's team is in seventh.
The Roughriders made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 11,590 from 11,903. The improvement came about via a 43-0 victory over the Chiefs last week.
