Forney has been on a difficult stretch since their win on February 14. They fell just short of the Longview Lobos by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lobos this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-0 back in February.

Forney's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Longview, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-5.

Coincidentally, Forney and Longview will both be playing North Forney the next time they take the pitch. Longview will head out to face North Forney at 7:15 p.m. on Friday, while Forney will host them at 7:15 p.m. on March 11th.
