After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Southwest Christian School, All S was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Grace Prep Lions. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Saints also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2024.
All S was especially dominant in the third set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-20, 25-13.
Malia Miller paced All S' offense, picking up 15 kills. Miller got some help from Avarri Morrow and her 33 assists. Morrow was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.
All S has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. As for Grace Prep, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-12-1.
We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. All S will take on rival Coram Deo Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Grace Prep is set to face off against their familiar foe Midland Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
